Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Service Guarantee: We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct the specific area at no additional cost.
2. Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
3. Access to Property: Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time (via key, code, or being present). If we cannot enter the property, a lockout fee may apply.
4. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards via Jobber Payments.
5. Safety and Pets: For the safety of our team and your pets, please ensure pets are secured during the service if necessary. We use eco-friendly and pet-safe products.
6. Liability: Lucy T. Professional Cleaning is fully insured. We are not responsible for damage caused by wear and tear or improperly installed fixtures.
